How to Buy:
Simply place your order using our shopping cart, through PayPal, for a safe and secure transaction. PayPal excepts Visa, American Express, Discover, Master Card and E-Check payments or Call (281) 587-2882 or e-mail KathiesBeads@hotmail.com and place your order. We accept Visa, American Express, Discover, and Master Card. We, also, accept Personal Checks, Money Orders, and Casher's Checks, however, the payment document must clear before order is processed and the amount of the payment document must be for the the exact amount of the order. Under payments or overpayments will not be processed.
Shipping and Handing Fees on USA orders.
The minimum shipping charge by regular mail (USPS) within the United States is $5.00. A handling charge $1.50, per order, is added to the shipping charge. Shipping cost is calculated for you in the Shopping Cart.
Shipping by Priority Mail (USPS) and Overnight Mail (USPS) are, also, available. See Shopping Cart for shipping options.
FedEx Overnight Standard shipping is available for an additional $20.00 fee. Your order will arrive by the end of the next business day once it leaves our warehouse.
Texas residents will be charged 8.25% sales tax.
Please provide an e-mail address with your order, if you wish to receive an order confirmation. All items will be shipped within 2-3 business days after we receive the order, unless you hear otherwise.
Shipping and Handling Fees on International Orders.
The minimum shipping charge on International Orders by international regular mail (USPS) is $12.00. A handling charge $1.50, per order, is added to the shipping charge. Shipping cost is calculated for you in the Shopping Cart.
International Priority Mail (USPS) is available for an additional $25.00 fee. Your order will arrive by the end of the next business day once it leaves our warehouse.
International orders will not be processed or shipped until the payment document clears the bank. This may take three to four weeks.
We will never sell or share our customer information with anyone. We respect your privacy.
If you are not satisfied with your order, please email us at email@example.com for return *authorization and instructions.
We gladly accept returns for * *refunds or credit as long as the following guidelines are followed:
• 1) Merchandise is received in its original condition.
• 2) A copy of the original invoice is included.
• 3) Returns are shipped within 30 days of receipt.
• 4) Be sure to include a written explanation of why you are returning the items so we can serve you better in the future.
*Authorization must be obtained prior to return shipping. Write the Authorization number on the outside of the return.
**Shipping and handling costs are not refunded, unless the return was due to an error on our part.
